Terry Lynn (Parris) Thorp, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to everyone, passed away at her home unexpectedly in Fond du Lac, WI on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
Terry was born March 7th, 1965 in Cheboygan, Michigan. She was the daughter of Linda Parris and Floyd (Anne) Parris. Terry is survived by her kids, Kelly Ryan-Kuzulka, Bradley (Robyn) Ryan, Cheyanne Vande Zande, Lexy Thorp, and special friend Thomas “Fritz” Paulick, as well as, her five grandchildren, Karson, Karalyn, Keaton, Frances, and Gordon. She is also survived by her siblings, Floyd Parris Jr., Bernadette “Sam” (Bill) Woolery, Angie (Mike) Liner, Amanda (Jason) Polzen, Emily Parris, Dean Arnold, and Laura Remus and many other close family and friends.
Terry always said her greatest accomplishment was her kids. She loved them deeply and made sure to show that in her own way. Terry had a heart of gold and greeted everyone with a smile and always made people feel welcome, even if she just met them. She was always the first to lend a helping hand when someone needed it.
Terry was a familiar face in the community as she worked her entire life in the customer service industry with the last 20 years being at Kwik Trip. If Terry wasn’t working she could be found enjoying the outdoors, nurturing her garden (she loved her plants and flowers), cheering on the Packers, or listening to music.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Parris, and her father Floyd Parris.
Terry will be forever missed by those she touched.
“Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day, unseen, unheard, always remembered.”
