Kay M. Buehner

Kay M. Buehner, 70 of Fond du Lac passed away unexpectedly on Christmas morning December 25, 2025 at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born on September 12, 1955, daughter of Andrew and Carol (Krause) Buehner.

She graduated from Campbellsport High School in 1973. She was a proud and active member of Bethel UCC in Byron and a member of the Bethel Circle of Friends. She retired from Fond du Lac Lutheran Home and taught Sunday School at Bethel UCC for over 50 years.

Those left behind to cherish her memories include her siblings: Joanne, Steven (fiancé Susan Pamperin), niece Val (Jan) Haapala, nephew Bryan (Amanda) Dusso, and their children. She is further survived by other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers William and Keith, sister-in-law Alice, grandparents William and Emma Krause, Ernest and Anna Buehner.

A special thank you to the relatives and friends for their prayers during this difficult time. Also thank you to the caring staff at St. Agnes Hospital ER Department and the Eden First Responders.

A Memorial service for Kay will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Bethel UCC (N4540 County Rd K., Fond du Lac) with Rev. Tim Keenan officiating. Cremation has taken place, Inurnment will be held at a later date at Bethel Cemetery.

Kay’s life would have not been complete without the love of her extended family, Marilyn Beltz “Mom”, Julie O’Laire and Mary Beltz.
