Carol Ann Wilks

Carol A. Wilks, 88, of Kewaskum passed away peacefully at Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa on Monday, May 18, 2026. She was born on July 8, 1937 in Milwaukee the daughter of Harry and Alma (nee Schultz) Zaeske. On May 21, 1960, Carol was united in marriage to August Wilks in Milwaukee.

Carol was an avid golfer and they were members of Hon-E-Kor in Kewaskum. She was a founding member of Cedar Springs Church. Carol was also a huge Green Bay Packer fan and the Hallmark Channel will miss her.

Survivors include her son Steve Wilks, daughter Sheryl (Vaughn) Bopp, grand puppy Stanley, sister Judith Zaeske, other relatives and friends.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Alma, husband August on September 19, 2018, sister Betty Wery, other family and friends.

A Celebration of life will be held at the American Legion Post 384 (1538 Fond du Lac Ave)  in Kewaskum on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
